Who cares why RTO is the policy. Get back in the office or look for another job. It is just that simple.

As a mother of young children, I am SIGNIFICANTLY less productive since RTO began. I used to feel no different than all my male colleagues with stay-at-home wives; now I can feel the effects of being a working primary caregiver. Less time with my kids. It su-ks.
Feels like a prison camp where employees are being tortured by rules that lower productivity. Nobody likes Stankey and he hates paying us.
