First time in 28 years, I get a sh---y rating and no raise!
I had to take 12 weeks off for a major surgery, and it almost ki-led me!
I always get exceeds, but I guess my surgery!
D-mb.

We should be able to miss work any time we want, whenever we want. To heck with our customers. This company just owes it to us.
same poster here. I had a coworker that got laid off with me and she got cancer and died. I hope that bi--h that threw that chair lives in he-l!
I filed an HR complaint with a person that had anger issues and threw a chair across the room in a project meeting and they laid me off! So 🤷🏻♀️
They do this all the time. Happened to a co-worker that went on paternity leave. HR does nothing! I”d still file a HR claim. Maybe one day, it too will come to light!
If your manager is being abusive, you should report him/her to Ethics Line.
Your medical leave should be honored and protected by the Wells Fargo HR compliance policy. Don't worry about the bogus performance review. There are many id--t managers who give inappropriate feedback.
How do you expect to get paid for performance when you weren't at work to actually perform? Should have been pro-rated at best.
Your health is way move important than a raise. You have your health and a job...be happy.
For those that say they got an exceeds every year and this year you are a meets or an inconsistent or not meets, well this is karma catching up. There is no way if managers are being objective and true that someone is an exceeds every year. Either you work on a team of mediocre players or your goals are not clearly challenging to get the best out of you. Or worse yet you are in the boys club. This is why WF doesn’t achieve much, they don’t know what exceeds means.
If you think wells Fargo is discriminating based on a protected reason then speak with both the eeoc and sn employment attorney.
Got exceeds and 2.5% merit and below what my target bonus percentage used to be. Don’t take it personal, they are trying to get people to leave or you are on the chopping block and don’t want to pay out more than they have to.
If you were at meets and you didn't get a raise and your bonus was awful, I hate to break it to you, but you are about to be laid off. That happened to several people and they were all laid off a few days later.
Same thing happened to me. Meets at mid year, went on leave for 10 weeks in the fall. Come back to a low rating and low bonus. I was definitely targeted.
I took the entire year off due to COVID concerns, but I still feel entitled to a raise and positive review as well as huge bonus. Anyone know a good lawyer I can hire?
Ratings are done midyear too so there's no way you went from say meets to lower without the Mgr making you aware. No way they did this for loa. If they did, submit an allegation.
Ha!
How did your bonus compare to last year? New approach manages up and down from last year's
