I'm a new team lead for cafe, and hms only been here for 2 weeks the vine rep came in and tore my cafe apart saying floors are filthy pizza oven haven't been clean in 3 months and ice cream machine is disgusted and when I told him I just became the team lead 2 weeks ago he said that was an excuse and I don't want to mention the nasty recap he sent to MM,CM, and FM.

That’s why you don’t want to be a team leader,you are responsible for all the lazy associates. And if you go in there being timid they will pick up on it , and continue there same old habits of having to have their hand held to do their jobs.
Teach and train the correct processes. If that doesn't work, start holding people accountable. They will only keep doing it if you let them. Trust me
Most Vine reps are washed out team leads from Sam’s anyway. Don’t worry about it. If your Club Manager is worth anything they will have your back.
let him know that had he been doing his job over the past few months,he'd have caught all of that stuff before you took over.
Vine is the worst bunch of losers.
