Sounds like bonuses are extremely low this year and execs say they know people will leave but that's ok. I guess they will just keep hiring in India so they can line their pockets with big fat bonuses. It's time for me to fly!

Bonuses have always been low. Usually right after everyone receives the disappointing news about the bonus amounts and the sad story trying to justify it, there's the email that comes out announcing and celebrating "Record earnings!!"
How are they hiring when the majority of the positions in the company have been and are being sent Offshore? Is it that they are hiring for Offshore positions?

Yes, get out of there. I was laid off in August of last year and am much more happier now. $22.4 B in profit for 2023 and major layoffs in Payment Integrity and Healthcare Economics last year.
