Any insight on what 2024 VPGM alignments look like? We know there will be changes. Typically other orgs align their leadership with the retail VPGMs alignments.

Northeast is full of bloated ego, under achievers that have avoided real accountability for awful results, terrible morale, questionable sales reporting, hire a friend mentality and simple violation of trust.
Most VPGM’s are just recycled retail store manager failures anyway.

No idea of how many people doing nothing in office jobs and how VPs don’t want headcount to shrink so they keep their milliondolla gig $$$

Doesn’t really matter, 2024 will be a watershed surplus year. The projected numbers for attrition exceeds 45k company wide in-year.
