Employees. Um I’m sad to see how many of you are on this distribution list. Um. This may be your last year at Wells Fargo as we try to increase efficiency across the bank. We have set aside 750 million for severance expenses and um your days may be numbered. Um Be thankful for the time you have with us. We are also looking to outsource more positions next year and um it should be an exciting outlook for next year. Um Please also note the continued effort for diversity with our thoughtful selection of diverse pictures on teamwork’s. Um hope we don’t accidentally post a white person on the page. um and um.
