"Most Innovative Women in Cybersecurity"

"Most Innovative Women in Cybersecurity"

Are you kidding me? The only thing this person has innovated is a way to talk her way out of answering any questions from anyone.

She's done absolutely nothing for the BISO organization but run it into the ground. They went without services rationalization / SOP runbook for over a YEAR and some felt lost in what they were supposed to be doing over there at times. Lot of good people left that area in a short amount of time.

Bigotry and intolerance are commonplace
The CISO knows, but does nothing

  1. Cybersecurity Managers are incompetent
  2. They are hiring their friends, who are also incompetent
  3. They micromanage, but poorly
  4. They are failing internal audit, but it’s kept quiet
  5. They don’t listen to reason
  6. Many complaints have filed against Managers
  7. They are backfilling by employees in India
  8. Cybersecurity employees from India can hardly talk or say a word of English
  9. These managers have put Wf at risk
  10. They should all be replaced immediately.

Check our her background on LinkedIn and on Internet..

about 18 years of experience as a "Client Service Executive" at Deloitte and EY... Go check out that "career" field and you will get an idea of what we are dealing with.

Somehow b.s.'d into a CISO role that lasted for a year and then joined us here at the height of DE&I.

Meetings she attends where she is asked direct questions are popcorn moments. Never answers a questions but instead uses buzzword laden jargon responses: Lock step.... Top of house... Top of mind... Connect the dots...

Throw into that the religions references and you have someone who will excel at WF because we only seem to like people who talk and who do not deliver.

When she gets tasked by her boss, it turns into a delegation firestorm where she provides you with little direction, insight, or other so you are left reading minds. It's almost as if she is still at EY with an entire Indian team who does all the work.

Cyber security can get complicated pretty quickly. It's best left to the pros. Also, I have the biggest hard on right now. Sometimes that happens.

The Cyber Defense Magazine award is one of many pay-to-play vanity awards. They mean nothing in the industry.
