During a Town Hall session today, the host and majority of her team conducted their on camera portion remotely, while only a small number of individuals talking were physically present in the office. This situation is truly disappointing and frustrating. It is essential for everyone to adhere to the Return to Office policy, yet it seems that the higher-ranking individuals are disregarding this and displaying a do as say not as I do attitude. This behavior is truly astonishing, as it prevents the opportunity for a proper in-person Town Hall gathering. It is disheartening to witness such a divide between the privileged few and the rest of the employees. So much for in office collaboration and the old “I love talking to people in person” song and dance they give. Let them eat cake!

Oh PDom. Didn’t DFlow say his team loves to collaborate in the office? DFlow works Sundays!
SNAFU
It is eye opening to see the amount of Directors and Senior Managers across the bank in all business lines who are listed as Remote. And they have maybe 1 employee who is Remote while the rest of their directs show a physical office location. And yes, realize a small portion of those may be Remote for medical accommodation but it’s far too many for that reason alone.
Just WOW!

People who accomplish things, and people who claim to have accomplished things.
The first group is less crowded"

agreed, they know when they have these town halls, be in the office. Otherwise, it’s hypocritical
It's nothing more that driving attrition. That's all it's ever been and ever will be about.
You'd think out of all 5he times to be in the office would be a video call on a Town Hall. Completely oblivious.
You can't compare yourself to those high ranking officials. They are all exempt from layman's policies because they are special. The only solution is to move up to a high ranking position or start your own company.
get over it already, plus you do know hybrid means 2 days at home. perhaps Thursday is their at home day
