Yes, you absolutely can. I can see it in real time and it is 100% accurate.
You can’t look at Workday to see how many people got laid off. It takes a minimum of 60 to 90 days for the people who got laid off or left to clear from the system.
Retired from Chainsaw's world two years ago after 27 years. Found a link to this site on my old PC and came to read what has changed. NOTHING has changed! Besides RTO, which wasn't a thing back then, everything else reads the same, layoffs, no layoffs for those wanting to be dismissed, Chuckie's incompetence, leadership changes, reorgs and every darn corporate trick to get you to quit.
My poor pathetic life now involves volunteering (just got back from helping build a church in Canada), golf but never on the weekends, pickleball, painting, cooking and a part time job helping prep VRBO spaces before they open. I wake at 8:00 am and never work more than 3- 4 hours a day. My last set of options matures this March so after that I never have to think about WF ever again.

I'm sorry this happened to you, but they are definitely lying. You would have been laid off if you were in a hub also. No one in the US is safe no matter what your location is. If you're a further jpm executive, ok, you might be safe. Everyone else goes.

Over 350 people were laid off yesterday per Workday... not as bad as two weeks ago but there were layoffs three times this month.
