Even though whole organisation reeks of toxicity and incompetent and clueless leaders. But HBT ISC takes the cake, all these bunch of failed aerospace clowns now driving our HBT to the same place.
Almost everyone is from aerospace, like a shelter

Copy the toxicity of your team and you can paste it anywhere in Honeywell, it is universal here.
Pretty much all of HBT. Not confined to one part. Really, from what I see here and elsewhere, it’s the entire organization. All the SBGs. They’re all toxic AF and have endured years worth of talent/knowledge drain. Getting worse by the day now too. Su-ks to work at a company that’s pretty much reached collapse and has fostered a toxic work culture for decades. Not a good combo. Now all that’s left are people that are stuck for whatever reason and the narcissistic “leadership” I feel for my fellow stuck people.
Ya - I left HBT (and HON) 2 years ago - it was a mess then. Crazy North American sales organization especially. It was all about process and metrics. The Global VP of sales was especially only fond of his dashboards vs. embracing what really matters and that is engaged employees in front of clients. I forget that guy’s name but he was buddies with VK (from the HPS days) so I suppose captain metrics is still there now. Well - everyone there should be looking outside because the day is coming soon for them and all of the HR cronnies that should be ashamed of themselves too.
