Look on the bright side you will almost certainly get diamond perks as you fly to where ever the cheapest labor force in the world happens to be at the moment. In case you didn’t guess you will be training your replacement. Also.. Honeywell doesn’t do travel in any comfortable fashion. Back of the bus for you. Remember when they moved everyone to Mexico? Honeywell considers Mexico high cost.

Dead man walking. We have a graveyard across the street from where we work. Maybe they’re gonna have to build one next to you guys. You wait until the force you to work overtime Monday through Sunday. Even the holidays.

12 hour days isn’t that bad and Honeywell gets a kickback from the graveyard. I don’t know what the going rate is. Every time they send somebody across the street. Honeywell gets a certain percent of the money from the cremation or burial cost. Just like they do when they have a vending machine outfit at Honeywell.

Expect every thing that you enjoy to be eliminated. You wait until you have to do your biomedical testing. Say goodbye to your great benefits.

To our new Carrier friends.... Here is what you can expect. Any nice perks that Carrier offers will gradually be stripped away. Your annual merit increase will be approximately 2.5%, regardless of what the current inflation rate is. Getting a promotion will be next to impossible. Your health and 401k benefits will be changed to what Honeywell offers, and that will probably not a good thing for you. Welcome aboard.
