They'll probably catch one of the buildings on fire again.
Wells is just doing all the renovations to make the building look nice for when they lay off all the workers and sell the building to some other company.
JC = Jordan Creek Campus aka West Des Moines Campus
They are doing construction on multiple floors across the campus. Lights flickered several times, then went out. Lost electricity and only left emergency lighting.
