Did VK improve things for us? Is it the same?
Johnny boy is still banking his millions and worse than ever. If I get one more “business review” with that clown show or his boy wonder Will I am going to refuse. “I ask the challenging tough questions” No, you don’t understand anything about running a business. Proof in point SPS.
HBT was massacred under VKs leadership in past, so what we can expect to happen now to whole Honeywell. 15 years ago this used to be quite OK company. Now we have some zombie that lives only thanks to dying momentum of mammoth corporate. Projects cancelled, teams cancelled, customers running away, experienced employees fired, diversity, LGBT, goal setting experts, Zto1, Agile and various random initiatives usually rushed by some manager who was not able to survive two years in any previous company so far, but has mouth full of winning strategies.
I lived thru DC, Dorkius and barely VK before I bailed....all horrible.
Thank God I escaped. THE worst company I have worked at in 39 years.
All my trusted colleagues are looking for new jobs as we speak, some are surprisingly open about it. That should tell all you need to know.
Those with marketable skills are not waiting around to find out.

Seems worse to me. Nothing has really changed in my little corner… yet… but there’s hints of horrors to come if you know how to read between the lines. Watch what they do- not what they say.
I expect them to speed things up. I just can't wait for that portfolio alignment. It starts 2024. I say it's already started.
