Layoff calls . Take the mystery out. Mandatory call are either people being let go or people being notified their managers are gone and they report to some lackey . WHILE still hiring from JPM onto the same teams.

Big cuts in SDI, mainly shared services roles in multiple locations so not site-driven.
I’m hearing news of fairly significant cuts on the WFA line of business admin staff side. Multiple cities impacted.
Workers in IA are pushing hard to Unionize. I see a slight change of plans to the hub strategy in the near future.

What layoffs were there in Des Moines?
Three of us today in Technology Control were laid off. I'm guessing there were more in different teams or more are coming. Personally, I'm tickled pink. I'm hoping this is the last morning, in my life, I had to wake up for work! Woohoo...the future looks bright.
Always have to go through the dark to get to the bright light on the other side... Stay Strong folks!
P.S. Remote and in Charlotte (hub city)...and my poor manager...it was "very hard on her" to have to do this. Yeah right...

What details would you want. Me and a few peer/ were let go. We each work in a Hub City and were designated as remote ( no medical exceptions or other exceptions) . There is no real concentration in any city Remote or Hub for the overall team. How is that for details , Troll?
When you say, "Remote folks even in Hub cities", does that mean those w/"special exceptions" or medical accommodations or both?
Folks designated as remote but are in a Hub City. Nothing to do with exceptions or medical.
