Speaking to recruiters about a possible job opportunity. Salary transparency is huge to me being that I do not want to sell myself short or get my hopes up. What do Business Execution Consultants make at WFB?

I really like these ranges. The person with the same job as you doing the same thing as a Senior BEC which isn’t a highly skilled job can make double what the other person makes. 75k to 150k is rather humorous. That is not including the 15 or 20 percent bonus. Seeing the talent in these roles i have to tell you WF folks stay here. You are not going to get that salary at another company doing brainless work. What you might get is a more interesting job that is engaging.

It’s a wide range and depends on where, it can vary even in the same state. Whatever you do, get it in writing. Some of these recruiters are in India….they constantly give incorrect info regardless of what position they are in over there and so far I haven’t seen any consequences for any error made.
It depends the line of business - some it could be starting 75 or up to 150
A BEC, not lead or senior lead will receive an offer in Charlotte around 80-90. A senior BEC I know just got 120
These ranges are pretty much incorrect...If you're asking in the Charlotte / Phoenix / Minneapolis area:
BEC: ~72-129.9k (the low end may be off a bit)
Senior BEC: ~84.4-149.9k
Lead BEC: 96.6-171.8k
I believe those are the current ranges or really close

If you ask the range they will tell you. It’s published on the req half the time

I'm not sure how legit this post is really. I say this due to damb near every dept is getting let go and replaced with India. Not to mention, talking to recruiters , unless your already laid off is near impossible these days and let's not forget the job has to post so the salary range would be listed. If you have an inside track to this then you would be asking that recruiter .... too many red flags to be legit post from an employee
Is title specifically "Business Execution Consultant"? (e.g., not with "Senior" or "Lead" in front)
What location? (to determine salary differential for that region)
Typically, your offer won't exceed 85% of mid point (halfway between low end of range and high end of range that you were told or that was listed in the post). Challenging, but not impossible to negotiate above that 85%. WF wants to have wiggle room for raises before next level.

I dont think its lazyness to just ask what BEC make. Corp America always want their employees to keep quiet about salary and compensation, but if i have the same skill set as people on my team I want to know how I compare to the rest. If your a BEC and want to share, go for it. If not then keep scrolling.
The range is around $75k-$175k for salary only. They don't list total compensation.
Usually in $150-$190k range

Most WF jobs have the salary range listed in the posting now.
