Elevance Health: Ranked 4th Worst Company for Employee Retention

https://www.visualcapitalist.com/cp/ranked-worst-companies-for-employee-retention-u-s-and-uk/

If these headlines keep going & individuals start giving real/raw reviews on Glassdoor, etc. This can't go unnoticed. And/or they can't keep portraying that they are the best places to work.
Gail is wanting to blame people leaders for the poor employee survey scores surround employee satisfaction and return to office. It is not the people managers - it is executive leadership.....stop blaming the directors/leaders on poor decisions made at the top and they are left trying to keep their employees morale up. Being an executive leader means taking ownership of poor ideas and negative employee survey results.

Since WNBA hack took over the employee survey has been distorted , glossed over, or just plain skipped. So this year’s Employee voice got an over the top 10s across the board with rear kissing comments. Let them live in their ignorance,

Elevance Health absorbed AmeriBen/IEC Group and became the parent organization for AmeriBen, the mass exodus was proof that Elevance is TOXIC. As someone who was originally with AmeriBen/IEC Group and worked to survive the hostile take over, I can say without a doubt that Elevance Health is one of the worst organizations to work for. They do not care about employees, they promote minority groups based on minority status, not skill, education, or experience. They allow ageist behavior, and the vast majority of their employees are off shore representatives with terrible people skills and even worse English speaking skills. After over 4 years of employment I had to leave due to the toxic work environment.

Gail Boudreaux (CEO) and Bill Beck (CMO) will destroy this company. There motto is Greed Over People. All they care about is themselves and how much money they make. They continually screew faithful employees; getting rid of people who have served well for 15 or more years. They just dump people without a care. This company is a people ki-ler! STAY AWAY!

Managers are new , directors are new, people are new to the company. There is not enough knowledge base for anyone to know how to improve things. The same ways of doing things just keep happening, broken processes. Manual processes coding around bad data. And it's not getting any better. I see it getting worse..

But they were just ranked as one of the best places to work. It’s almost as if that ranking was bought.

And with layoffs planned through 2024, Evil-ance will be moving higher up on the list next year.
Who are the Executives paying off to get on these best places to work lists?

Good to see how Elevance stacks up against other companies. It's really no surprise knowing the toxic culture and their use/abuse of the H1B program. (The H-1B program was supposed to supplement not replace American workers. We all know that's not the case.)
