L4 bonus

I recently promoted to Lead engineer and wondering what percentage would commonly go to your bonus? What was the percentage before the removed the TVC

guidance to managers is to take promotions into account when determining bonus amount so hopefully you'll align closer to your peers in the same role, which is a metric given in the tool,

You do not speak English and no promotions are given. Stop the false narrative.

All dependent on manager/employee relationship.

All bonuses are based off of last year's bonus. Unless you're new to the company and your offer letter described a bonus amount or percentage, it's up to your manager. Your manager's bonus funding pool will be based off of last year's bonus, so if she has a 3% increase in bonus pool, that will be 3% of last year's bonus payout.
