I was laid off Monday after receiving a perfect audit score and other awards. Also no warning, pop up chat in Teams. I was the only one in my whole department let go.
They confirmed with me on Monday. I’m a nurse and I’m out. Just a random pop saying “hey let’s chat in 2 minutes “ and then my computer was froze and I was out after 12 years. Molina cares for no one but their pockets.

Ohio layoffs began Friday 12/1.
Population heath started layoffs today in Ohio. My friend sent me her letter. She had a meeting this morning. Severance is one week pay for each year she has been at the company. She will be paid her salary until January 1, 2024 but her position ended today.
The layoffs have started at corporate yesterday. I don’t think this will hit health plans though. At least 10-15 in IT happened yesterday.
