I'm a team lead over cafe & hms and my opening associate call out so I'm doing 6 jobs and managers keep walking by seeing me struggling and stress out and doing absolutely nothing to help me this is ridiculous 😒

Sounds like a manager for sure. they might of gotten you help if they saw a line. But most likely they were hiding somewhere in the club playing on there phone or talking to there favorites BFF'S!.!!
Yeah, well I ran the cafe last Friday, Saturday, and Sunday by myself and was expected to get all my work done and out of there without overtime. My team lead never even came to check on me, so........
Business as usual. Please don't expect it to change. Ever.
