As others have said, the merit pool is a little over 3%, so less than last year. The bonus pool isn't listed in the tool, but I was told to keep flat to last year, so you can expect to receive close to what you got last year in bonus.

I am told the pool is 6.3% merit increase for my direct managers and 2.3% for their employees.

And in a dollar basis, it's much easier to give a $50k employee a 5% bonus and give the $150k employee a 3% and everyone will be happy (?)

it's the overall % based on all the base salaries on your team 250K high earners and as such shouldnt be getting merit increases without jumping through hoops. Now that 3.3% needs to be shared across the team, if you have someone who is getting promoted then they may get 10% which means others will get <3.3%. Your director may need some of your % to increase other lower paid members or promos in other teams and as such you may be asked to give some back.

I'm looking right at Workday jacka$$, and it sure as he-l isn't 5%. I have no idea what it is in your group, maybe it is 5%, but it is absolutely NOT in all groups. Mine is 3.3% or so, and you need to stop lying and pushing disinformation. You know the % for your group and no one else.

"I am so disgusted (but not surprised) to hear so many are being told to accelerate attrition".

No mystery here, this bank wants employees to leave!

Just accept this fact and move on. You will feel better.

I doubt it unless your manager doesn't differentiate performance. You can get more or less that 3.3% which just means others will get more or less (or zero)

Does 3% mean this is the average increase most people on the team will get?

I am so disgusted (but not surprised) to hear so many are being told to accelerate attrition.

You hear one or two comments stating this directive and you think the poster must just a cr-ppy manager above. Then there’s more who speak up and you realize it’s everyone everywhere at WF. Been a manager here and other places for many years and have never had to manage that way. I hope this company goes bankrupt from successful employee lawsuits!!

  1. 3%, slightly lower than last year's merit budget.

Good for you that work for Bei…the rest of us peons didn’t get a 5% pool. I’m told the top of the house is keeping some, so she apparently is cutting others to keep for herself. IC is also lower, but no surprise since Chainsaw needs his cut.

All the posts saying less than 5 here are downright lies.

For the second year in a row, Bei fought for 5% and won, just as the poster below said.

Merit pool is 3.32%. Haven't yet received direction on how much to reduce it by so more senior managers can keep more for themselves...I'm sure that's coming though. No direction on TVC yet.
