Okay if you have a really great Q1 and a really great Q2 you get a bonus yay oh but watch out the finance mba’s had their thinking caps on. If you don’t have a great Q3 and Q4 guess what??? We’re gonna take that bonus we gave you and take it right back. Oh you didn’t know that??? Oh those same managers that came up with that plan give a weekly allowance to their kids then at the end of the year when the kids missed a few rooms oh that’s too bad you lose your whole allowance but don’t worry kiddies momma and daddy won’t make you pay that allowance back until next year. All the managers and mamma’s and daddy are in the back room chuckling. Boy we stuck it to them this year!!!

There’s no sales organization in this country that doesn’t pay bonuses.
Sales is a hustle game.
No Bonus, no hustle.
Why should sales get a bonus? i don't see service, administration, delivery, operations or any other department that constantly cleans up sales' messes getting a bonus. Be grateful you have a job.
Quit when you have a bad quarter
When will you learn: If you're not an investor, you don't matter. You are here to make investors their money. It's not just here, it's all companies. So stop pretending, stop going above and beyond to make them more money while you get the same pay.
