Are they still doing them if you move from one department to another? A manager told another associate that they dont do them anymore for in store transfer or outside hires but some associates say they have gotten them recently.

Not sure but I don’t believe that there are work credits to go to a different position. If you move to a position that is a higher level, then you will get an increase. I think new hires do still get work credits, but again if the come in at a level 3 I don’t think credits apply. But if they come in and are going to a higher level like meat, bakery or tire shop, then I think work credits are given.
