Oh look! She's channeling SVB with the goofy glasses; but where's the coffee?

I hope she was rocking that phat pride lanyard. Made me rock hard I tell ya.
Don’t talk to me about disruptions in service after you displaced all the SMEs. What did you think would happen, Malibu Stacey?
You shouldn’t put your life into a strangers hands based off corporate interactions.
She could care less about you or your family. You are only a number
Ask her why she’s banned in the next AMA.
SOP for these failed execs.
"Because we say so!"
"We're done talking about this!"
"Because everyone else is doing it!"
It's difficult to tell at times if they think they are the parent dealing with an 8 year old, or if they are the 8 year old dealing with a parent. Regardless, the economic reality of the situation is that their business case fails. It's hideously expensive to house 100k people you don't need to and there is NO data showing that the massive investment provides any positive return. None.
Yes complete sarcasm! During her town hall this past summer someone asked her about work from home and she completely snapped at them. The gentleman asked a very professional question and she answered it as an entitled soccer Mom who was annoyed. “We are done talking about this!” Not the way an exec should handle herself
“On the plus side TK told us not to stress or worry so I won’t. Because she seems really levelheaded as she showed at the Charlotte town hall.”
I hope you’re being sarcastic. If not, do tell for those of us not in the Charlotte TH.
The execs are all like this. Extremely out of touch. Easy to "not stress" about location strategy when you have to power to choose where you live and can create hubs for yourself out of thin air.
Never forget what they've taken away from us, or why they did it.
The (re)location strategy is only for one reason- forced attrition. First they told us we can work together even when we are in different offices. Now they are saying we have to be in the same office. Hmm- does that mean the execs will have to move to India so they can manage their teams?
My advice- if you wanted to move to the target city anyway take the relocation. At least you’ll have a job to go to. But for anyone else, if you are moving to keep the same job, don’t ever take the relocation. Companies have zero loyalty and you might upend your whole life and get laid off 12 months later. Never never never sacrifice your wellbeing for a job.
Location Strategy can we possibly F this up as bad as we did in 2019. It’s coming we all know it. Those of us that are 100% remote are screwed. We will be asked if we are lucky to sell our houses which are are financed at 20 year low rates, move to a more expensive city to live in, purchase new house at rates that triple what our old rates were at, or take the package. On the plus side TK told us not to stress or worry so I won’t. Because she seems really levelheaded as she showed at the Charlotte town hall.

For the Barbie movie review, my friend, please tune into the latest CLSS ask me anything replay. It’s there.
She is suspended from twitter (or x). Can’t make this up.
Complete cringe call. This is what you get when you put a non tech person in charge of IT just to satisfy the DEI garbage percentage. The answers were unbearable.
Did anyone get their real question answered? All the questions seemed like weak preplanned easy ones. I know you all didn't ask for her favorite podcast.
I'm guessing Leon the Hedgehog committed su----e.
At this rate w/Q&A, I'm surprised no one asked her if she like the Barbie movie. Total waste of time.
@mow of the IT people I know who participated, everyone ripped upper management. They might not like getting what they ask for.
It’s active but they are not disclosing just yet. Scroll down. There is a post on it
if I had to guess I'd say the new Menlo park facility will consolidate a few other sites in the area. from the press releases on it a while back it will be pretty large
Any more detail on what was said re: location strategy. I bring myself to listen...
Wow, the AI questions are incredibly cringe-worthy. Enough-already. Just more proof that the vast marjority of people in tech should definitely not be trying to do anything with 'AI'
46 percent participation on the survey in tech!
I wish it was lower
She's completely clueless. Just shoot me.
Tech budget down in 2024, but not in a meaningful way... liar, liar.
There are a lot of questions about AI when we have issues with minimal tasks.
When you fire people you can build in expensive areas. Cutting cost!
Still can't believe is in Saul's position. I must be having a nightmare.
What are we going to have in Columbus, OH and menlo Park, CA? Menlo Park??? This is one of the most expensive areas in Bay Area. Great way to save $$$$.
"People want to work here! We're cutting edge! Top talent!"
How delusional and out of touch are these responses?
There's no promotions, but they'll hire someone who doesn't have experience and doesn't understand the processes in a position above yours.
There is no internal mobility at Wells Fargo. You have to switch from department to department.
I rarely see promotions.
We can’t tell they are investing in technology
Are we going to get an answer about RTO for sick wfh or they will ignore it and set us for not being in compliance with RTO?
Fyi. location strategy is a euphemism for offshoring work.
You’d think we would not be changing hubs often.
Relocation strategy is active.
There will be changes as a result of location strategy.
They can’t communicate yet because they don’t know. They don’t want people to react.
The questions on AI are kinda funny. Very few folks get to actually do anything there and we aren’t really even state of the art let along cutting edge.
Having gone to school on MI, stats is a freshman core class for Industrial engineering and required for all other engineering majors. I’m a bit surprised she picked what is essentially a 100 level course vs something more advanced.
Exactly. Spend time training people on agile and rebranding versus removing our multiple manual processes.
The level of delusion is astonishing.
@iji+1ozSKRni maybe they are pointing to the fact that shes not really a tech engineer.
maybe she got here cuz of her body parts!
What does her favorite class have to do wi the Wells Fargo.
Look around you! We need real questions. What a joke. There is no way someone asked this question. No way.
