I noticed that T-Mobile finally did a WARN notice for the first time ever despite making regular layoffs since 2020. Is 400 for Bellevue accurate. It seems a little small.

That was only from Aug 24th on day 1 after the initial announcement. Not sure why they haven't been filing for other rounds that included Consumer and Network orgs. May be those teams got more than 2 months notice and they want to file for rest of the company at once.
401 for WA state, not just Bellevue, only for that week
