The items probably flowed through China or China does what they do best copy the world and slap a label on it.
Does it really matter? As far as leadership goes, they made their numbers for the quarter. Its always profit now, Sc--w the future. If there is wrong doing, then as usual, a modest fine (%x of sales profit of offending product) mandatory training for rank and file, full court press on state department to remove or put exceptions on sanctions. Chaulk up as a learning experience or next scandal, LOL

UNDOUBTEDLY. It’s certain product was sold to Russian entities. Remember that massive Brazilian corruption deal and massive PPE fraud? Lots of foot traffic at Washington DC offices from Honeywell reps about to be hitting in visitor logs!
