The latest corporate Diversity memo bannered 12 face-shots, implying employees or people "engaged" with Hon -- with only one being a white male. How should we interpret this? Is this a corporate goal?

I've volunteered to be part of their diversity and inclusion campaign at one point. The funny thing is that the company uses our faces for marketing and then treat us like sh-t behind closed doors. Diversity my a-s.
I've looked at the pictures and all I can say is that AntiMatter sure looks like one tough broad. "I'm a lawyer! How can we sc--w them today and not get sued?"
The wise Dave Cote said Honeywell should look more like its customers who are all around the world. In a way it makes sense to gain an advantage with customers that value racial contributions to a product more than the quality and functionality of the products Honeywell offers. We are in post-performance culture and have to accept we are in a different system now. Bribery, racism and rent seeking are easier paths to make the quarterly estimates than having to solve difficult engineering challenges.

I was going to apply for a director role and my VP verbally told me I could but the spot is slated for a minority so my odds were low. I took the hint and didn’t bother applying. It's racism & s-xism straight up! The recent SCOTUS ruling against this type of hiring practice & state's attorneys' generals lawsuits will be interesting to watch unfold in the courts!
