I'm not stressed at work, unless my coworker calls at 730 am and tells me needs the day off and I need to cover work at a location in 30 minutes, and i'm 45 away and just woke up.

most of my stress is from home.

T will use you and abuse you and they will tell you there are resources available to cope with that abuse in case you are complaining. This work environment is not for fragile people. You need to be mentally strong to fight or leave.

Getting paid good money to just click on a keyboard and they bi--h and moan about it. Hopefully those are the ones to be let go on the next round of cuts. Not like any of you are under paid to do the work you do. Upset about it? Leave and let the ones that want to work keep a job.

T is absolutely tone deaf....what this company is doing to its employees is unconscionable. Take classes on stress? How about some more videos of getting haircuts and eating wings??
The leadership wants people to RTO but we know that it's really a forced layoff. Hey John, how about you pick up and move your family?

T is in this position because they can't grow revenues...and that is on the Leadership...Why??? Because every other company seems to be able to grow revenues 5-10% or more...They get the job done and don't make excuses.

John and others have been in their seats too long without getting results. Sadly, all they can do is reduce costs by getting rid of HDCT. A middle schooler can do that..

So they KNOW what they are doing is causing burnout, and this is the attempt at avoiding lawsuits for improper facilities and unfair unequal practices/policies.
But really, it reinforces that they know what they are doing to folks is wrong.
