As has been explained about 1000 times, the cuts and RTO are about the debt the so-called ‘experts’ saddled the company with, real estate utilization and st-----g execs egos.
And what expert wants to be a part of a shrinking company with no opportunities for growth? She made it very clear that vacancies are unlikely to be backfilled, meaning that people will continue to be stuck in the same roles unless they are re-orged into something else, no matter what their ratings are.
