So what did you think? Sounds like a lot of smoke to me.

Cs seems like a good guy. Just wish he had a way of realizing many of his VPs are good when facing him but treat lower levels like cr-p. Bit how can he know when they all manage up so well and everyone knows it’s not safe to be honest in the employee surveys and ethics hotline is rigged—can identify us through voice recognition—so no safe venue to give feedback — which would actually be helpful to the company.
When he made the comment about loosing a weeks PTO, that deserved a sm--k on the side of the head, as he laughed and joked about it.
what is a Sambar?
I think it's one of those high-protein keto nutrition bars.
You're funny little clowns .You will find out soon.
Session of was good but one thing that was obvious was we have people building systems and doing AI all over the place.
There wasn’t a sense for who is in charge of technology efforts in the Sambar org.
Other than that, it was informative and Chris did a good job. Maybe all the system efforts make sense to him but who owns the integration of all the systems out there is it Sambar for his tools or Legg? If Sambar, is there an overall leader or does he allow all these expensive systems to be run in individual areas led by non system leaders?
Sambar did a good job but he should know that his 4th and especially 5ths did a horrible job of socializing and saying hello to their teams.
4th should have exhibited leadership skills to acknowledge their own teams.
VP just cared about making hay with Sambar. They way it works is if Sambar likes you, you’re good. So if your leader doesn’t like you and tells CS you’re not good, you’re scr*wed bc Sambar listens to them. Sad…
i'm not in the org but i know he lives in CA. is he moving to dallas?
“What is a Sambar?”
Sambar is a South Indian lentil and vegetable stew.
I thought it was very informative and entertaining. My knowledge has increased as a result of it.

These town halls have become a mockery of employees.
Sambar is a good dude imho. Yes our insurance su-ks, we use my wife’s insurance. Yes the hr folks are full of it. Their plan is to hire externally and not train internal folks for these roles, typical short sightedness on their part.
Another good question would have been:
Taking Stankey’s of age discrimination comments as an example: Do you guys ever get tired of pushing company propaganda or having to spin the failures of leadership?
Did he also say that they are specifically targeting older employees for layoffs the way that Stankey did in his town Hall?
These HR people are full of excr-ment when it comes to the competitiveness of AT&T HDHP medical "insurance" offerings for management.
I have a large circle of contacts. Our insurance is ridiculously expensive, and it gets worse every year in terms of cost and coverage.
I’ll give the “Sandbar” credit for having said that. However; even IF he (truly) meant if, that directive will come from above him…via “Juan Skunkey” himself. Basically, Sambar’a hands will be tied.
I give the guy credit for acknowledging and directly addressing Stankey's comments on his employee base.
Note that Stank hasn't been seen since he made them, and that he didn't have to cojones to do so himself.
Note that the HR people with Sambar wouldn't make a peep on topic either. And note that Sambar pointed out that he had received specific talking points on topic, which he said he ignored.
"...there will be no age discrimination in the network org...."
This is the way things are. If you don’t like it maybe you should consider if ATT is the right place for you.
The topics people are interested in are noticeably missing.
Waiting for them to get to the Q& A. Lots of good questions in the portal.

I’m having a good time reading all the questions. LOL.
What did they say?
