Will MW address the intense budget cuts going on? Will he announce some kind of nice sounding initiative like "Transform to the Max, Give people permanent vacation without pay"? Will he address the brutal morale?

I know, let's begin a company-wide employee survey (anonymous... sure!) of vague questions, then form a study team of high-pots to "review" the results and make recommendations - in time for 2026! (What? This has been done before?)
I agree with the other posters MW is a disaster for his employees. He's destroyed what was a great place to work.
What kind of "leaders" we are dealing with here? They dont care so we dont care! Lets see who is going to start caring first!
We are more than 40,000 employees who all feel the pain, dishonesty and mistrust of this weak greedy leadership.
Sh-t will hit the fan sooner or later. Nothing built out of greed and backstabbing last. What last is TRUST; it is hard to build but easy to destroy. We damn dont trust a word the leadership is saying.
Bye bye Chevron. I really do miss the old CEOs even the worst of them is still a superstar compared to the snake we have now!
They took the easy way by doing WorkPlace questions instead of PollEV and that tells you evrything
"The culture is changing to one of greed and profits at any cost"... I agree, and the profits are not being put to use in building a future! It is feeling more and more like an E-Suite cash out.
I've been here for 10 years and never seen morale this low, even during RIF's. The culture is changing to one of greed and profits at any cost and it is no longer an enjoyable place to work.
JFC, he threw in an RPA reference.
Honestly when was the last time MW or any executive spoke any truths or answered any questions that the cattle (us lower ranks) really wanted to hear.
We don't matter so do not expect anything of real interest.
It’s all good, just keep chewing on that!
