Unstoppable Thoughts

I just can't eat or sleep, this stress is making my body hate me! So I get being compassionate and understanding. While it's hard to stay positive and do as I was told and "don't talk about the possibility to anyone on the Frontline" is crazy to me. Ops is going around telling people to be nice to us support/corporate employees because "we are losing our jobs". It's in so many messages and channels. Ever since it became the Frier show, it's been a s@#t show. They are acting like Sprint, too bad they aren't acting like they know how it turned out. How about we get Legere back in here to clear out the cobwebs, like Frier AND Sievert. Spending money on the d-mbest things around the sites, tons of billboards, on their traveling, not investing in their employees anymore. This company changed when Legere left and Callie went to TFB, so disheartening. I'm going to keep on keeping on, love and luck to all of us.

Calli outsourced your jobs to the Phillipines. Current leaders are trying to bring them back after that disaster move. Get outta here.

First, you are fully valid in your emotions. Just remember: Boundary setting is crucial. Focus on your circle of control. Meditate. The only constant in life is change. A company or job will come and go, your ability to be you and take care of yourself is one of the only things you can truly protect and hold onto.

Focus on ur mental health first please. Those unstoppable thoughts can do more damage than you thought. Not worth it.

T-Mobile entered into an amended employment agreement with President and CEO Mike Sievert that extends his tenure by five years. The new agreement replaces the prior employment agreement between T-Mobile and Sievert that was dated November 15, 2019, and extends his contract through April 1, 2028, subject to automatic one-year extensions thereafter unless at least 90 days’ prior notice of non-renewal is given by either party.

According to the March 10 filing with the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC), Sievert’s annual base salary is $1.75 million, and that was effective January 1, 2023. He’s entitled to annual long-term incentive awards of no less than $18.5 million, which will be allocated through stocks. In April, the plan also provides a one-time award in stock worth $10 million.

Callie just laid people off in TFB. She laid people off in 2020. Stop making the mistake thinking she is different.

Legere isn’t the saint you want him to be. He knowingly lied to everyone to get this deal through. We’re just the su-kers who bought it.

I’ll agree it was a better environment with legere and Callie but it was a different time and era. It was pre COVID and pre sprint. We’d be doing the same thing if with them at the helm. The merger was always going to bring massive synergies.
