When the lions arrive, the gazelles know they just can't be the slowest ones to survive. If they fight each other it only makes the meal easier for the lion.
“Well, the three ladders I have to deliver are going to people”
Obviously took as much care for his people as he does with spell check
“Well, the three ladders I have to deliver are going to people”
We’re giving out ladders now? Is that like a service anniversary gift?
"Why do people ask follow-up questions for additional details? Do you honestly believe the people posting here have inside information? Come on."
Many post here are created by 'admins' of this page and replies also. Most stupid articles included. Sometime they undergo self reflexion and they delete those jewels. They just keep advertising business going.

Well, the three ladders I have to deliver are going to people who have been stack ranked at the bottom. The other 8 direct reports I have we’re all granted virtual positions because I like your manager actually fight to keep my good people.
This is AT&T. They want you gone.
“ I’m sure all “ your” direct reports can’t wait for your drivel every Monday morning.”

Is there a mass market Q&A this week? Why don’t we all ask Jenny on the call when those who declined RTO get their letters? Also ask when non-RTO surplus notifications come out.
For what it’s worth – I am also in Jen Robertsons Org. and the dates OP provided line up with the dates we were told. For my Director teams Only one person agreed to move, six people were granted virtual, and 11 declined and we’re told to expect their notices the week of the 9/22.
Sept 22 / Oct 6 is more than just RTO surplus and more than just mass markets. People, you can say what you know to be fact, but speculating on facts outside of your purview just causes problems.
Ok c’mon folks, it’s “Mass Markets”, that should explain everything here, including the level of IQ in this thread.
You sound like someone who got promoted because they knew someone. Classless mini manager, driving the company into the ground. I’m sure all “ your” direct reports can’t wait for your drivel every Monday morning. They will celebrate getting out from under you. So good that he couldn’t even protect his employees bravo…..
Let’s all retract our claws in 1….2….3.
“You’re probably an ego driven 1st line manager that could get a job at an Amazon warehouse.”
You sound like someone whowho didn’t make the cut and get a virtual exception from your manager so now you’re just a whiny little a-s Best of luck to you and your new career - You’ll be getting your letter on the 22nd. Enjoy
“You’re probably just another Troll probably not even in mass markets.”

” Yeah that gives you so much credibility..get ”
Well check back on September 22 and see how accurate I am. You’re probably just another Troll probably not even in mass markets.
“ I have several of these letters to deliver to my employees on the 22nd.”
Yeah that gives you so much credibility..get real.
“ My statement is 100% correct.”
Complete fantasy
“ Complete and total disinformation. Why her peoples hopes up? Simply cruel.”
My statement is 100% correct. Those who decline the move are receiving their letters on September 22 and their last date on payroll is October 6. These dates only apply to those who were offered a position in Dallas or Atlanta and declined. I have several of these letters to deliver to my employees on the 22nd. Groups who are not considered national and not required to move maybe undergoing a surplus but not on these dates.
“ This is just those who declined the move to dallas/Atlanta.”
Complete and total disinformation. Why her peoples hopes up? Simply cruel.
“Is this just those who refused to move or will those who are just plain getting axed (were not asked to move) also be notified on 9/22?”
This is just those who declined the move to dallas/Atlanta.
Not exclusive to those declining a move. The remaining total headcount in pool will be impacted based on several criteria. The criteria will not be shared.
Is this just those who refused to move or will those who are just plain getting axed (were not asked to move) also be notified on 9/22? We were not told a date when we were told my group was going to have additional cuts
For this round Mass Markets is just the beginning of the cut list, several other groups will be notified in staggered dates forthcoming.
