Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Going Lean

RTO, Lay-offs, Stank's off the cuff comment about older employees are not the future of the company are all part of plan to be bought out. The likes of Amazon and Microsoft are in a perfect position to scoop up AT&T. At that point Stank will get his golden parachute for screwing us and ruining thousands of lives!

We sold out to Microsoft years ago. They wouldn’t buy us because we are a cash cow for them as a customer.

Good thing we bring in lots of revenue to cover any shades of Enron.

Shades of Enron . Older employee Stank should RTO to India to avoid the long arm of
the law. There’s a Country Club there too.

Agreed. Bankruptcy then Federal bailout because AT&T is classified as critical infrastructure. Regardless, this will be a different company much leaner.

Going Lean … to sell? Dude. We got lead cables in the ground. Buying AT&T is like buying “RoundUp”, “Johnson & Johnson Baby Powder” or “Camp Lejune”. We’ve been called “Toxic T” for years, and now we know why. No other smart company would buy us. Maybe is a non-smart company hired Randall Stephenson, they would buy us.

1-I think many have taken to attorneys and it will be on T to prove that he did not say it. Because many will attest that he did.

But on your other comment: why would Amazon or Microsoft buy such an indebted company?
