Review HR Policy

Take full advantage of all your benefits, sick time, care giver, disability, etc. Milk it because in the end you are an HR ID unless you have a personal relationship with an AVP which is itself a code of conduct violation. File your ethics complaints and get their immoral and unethical behavior on record.

In the end God will judge them but we have a role to play.

It's actually ridiculous the hoops we have to go through to fire someone for COBC. If they were fired, they deserved it. Totally different than the surpluses that are happening now.
