If it weren’t for Artificial Intelligence , there would be no intelligence, at the top of tech.
This company simply never addresses tech debt. They would rather pay devs to just sit around and validate whether db accounts are still needed, then actually risk MAINTAINING the software they are supposed to be responsible for. Then suddenly they for some reason scramble to quickly update some old tool that is using some sh-t .NET framework from 2015 etc etc.
Maybe now they will finally realize the risks associated with that mode of operating are not really worth it....
Teaching AI how to cheat customers...
AI requires a model. That's why everyone is buying the Nvidia chips and software stack to create (train) their model. the problem is Wells has the most outdated process to feed into this model. Garbage in garbage out. They should go out and us a pretrained model (Accenture) -- but Wells always makes never buys. And the McKinsey consultants profit from this diversification by st-----g Charlie's ego.
AI will be just another thing for Well's tech to mess up. The Indians are waiting to come in and clean up the mess. 40% offshoring to 80%. Garbage on top of garbage.
Felt like a 2am tv infomercial. They are so fake. Please just admit "we're all about lowering costs". I understand the deal, I work for you to do the things that matter to me. Ok the rest.
Leo’s presentation was captivating. It about sums up the competency of his team.
does AI stand for Always India?
Say "We will use AI and automation."
Do "We will outsource, train and hire H1B"
Yes the Chief Tu-d was very interesting.
Once AI is good enough to displace US workers, why on earth would the bank need foreign workers?
There's a lot of hype around AI right now. From a crawl before you run standpoint, I don't think we've even figured out what crawling means. But as far as I know there are a variety of initiatives underway to do some things in that space.
AI is how they will get coherent English out of foreign staff.
Like I said. The first robot in banking was the ATM. Yep, expect AI and more as the days and years go on.
