That's it. Corporate should do away with it cause managers hate it and refuse to staff it. I hear it is a problem at a lot of stores.

club pickup is priority in our club. if they're behind, managers jump in & pull from other areas. the more members use club pickup, the less labor has to be used for front end.
This is the new way of shopping it’s not going away anytime soon! Maybe corporate should get on the managers about staffing it this department makes a ton of money for the stores at least in my store it does
Corporate needs to let the managers know lol. Members wait so long for dispensing they come in and complain. Orders getting done hours late. Some members aren't even mad, they just feel bad for us.
No...cpu isn't going anywhere. It's a segment of business that will grow and home office wants it to.
