If Wells Fargo wants to cut jobs get rid of Retail sales consultants and Business execution consultants. We have no sales people left. These people do not even got to any branches to help. Overpaid worthless employees

I agree completely. I still have no idea what these people do. For the RSC, it appears their only function revolves around preparation for branch inspections. Like our BM's, Admins, Change Consultants aren't enough to handle branch inspection preparation.
There’s barely anyone left in mortgage period.
