OP what’s the source of your data? I would assume the number he wants to reduce is 138 US Based employeees in both mgt and non down to ____? Has he publicly said the number?

- Total U.S. employees 165K; (Mgt 95K Non-mgt 70K)
Broken down by US versus Non US for both mgt and non -mgt is 165K; (138K U.S | 27K Non)
220K+165K= total personnel
80,000 is the real target.
A communication company does not need that many workers. Let's right size our company.

Great job big John. The company will be even more profitable as we reduce staff onshore and replace older ones with India based employees. AT&T stock is very attractive with great returns.
How that number has drastically declined over the years, is just unbelievable.
