Is this the week for mass layoffs? Will remote workers be targeted?

Looks like some people here know what they’re talking about
You will know when its coming. You'll have a meeting setup with the Director of your department and a HR rep. I know from experience, I had my call a year ago this past Wednesday. Let go on Oct. 10, 2022.
email from the top sometime this week about the overall rif
some orgs will notify affected people this week and some won’t yet

It would be real real awkward if every remote employee was let go. We know how much "work" actually happens in the centers LOL
“ Everyone who is laid off should start a new MVNO together.”
Judging from the mint acquisition this is the best way to get overpaid by tmobile
Cuts way deeper than remote workers
The pandemic is over. RTO now or be fired. If you want a paycheck for doing nothing sign up for welfare.
Everyone who is laid off should start a new MVNO together.
Multiple thousands
Calls and meeting makers are set to go out starting Wednesday. This is the one, folks.
I heard every person who is remote is going to get fired this week. Every single one.
i heard HQ is getting sla-ghtered
Post ID: @iwu+1odSjJ27 and Check your magic 8-ball.
I'd wager a large number of people employed at T-Mobile take an 8-ball rather routinely.
this is the one FOR SURE!
Hahaha. Well, you will be NEXT. Theme of today's call. 😆
Announcements will start this week. Probably staggered by org.
Check your magic 8-ball. It’s doubtful anyone with real info is posting here.
If you are in consumer org, our president said something was going to be happening in his 8/4 Friday call. HQ teams are tense. It’s not if, it’s when.
My director was out of office till last week. My Sr.Manager took PTO on couple of the weekly meetings. My manager has no clue.
"Is it very quiet?" - It always is in my building.
"Have regular meetings been canceled?" - This always happens.
"Are emails being returned?" - You mean people on vacation? Sure, always.
"Have packing boxes shown up on in your department?" - We are moving buildings, so yes.
"Warning signs for sure." - Or this could be how things are normally. Stop scaring the sh-t out of everyone.

IDK. Anyone that says they know when is probably guessing. Tension around here is thick. Everyone is quiet. I've seen some people crying. Sr Managers and directors are silent. Most have made themselves unavailable by either taking PTO or not being in the office. This company has become such a toxic environment.
