It's so frustrating when clubs do not follow policy. The free complimentary card is for a person who lives in the same household as the primary. They must show an ID with the same address as the primary. But some clubs give the complimentary card to anyone. They come into our club to get their card and get mad because we will not give it to them, because they have a different address. They say the club where they got their membership that the complimentary card can be anyone. Wrong. They get mad and we revoke the complimentary.

Who cares who lives where?! We're trying to get people in the door to spend money.
We give it to anyone! If they pay for them membership give it to them? Does it come out of your paycheck? You complain when you don’t get a bonus well membership sales is part of your bonus! So stop complaining

We don't give the complimentary card if the address is different than the primary. Some clubs just don't get it.
