Aero managers buried in mandatory HR meetings

Tons of managers have been cancelling meetings and mentioning HR things going on..
Most sites feel under staffed but demand forecasts are definitely dipping. RIF warnings or just more rank and stack money games?

I’m assuming that CLW. This is Clearwater Florida.

I’m curious did they tell you where they’re relocating you? If so, tell us where it’s going to be located, and when they’re moving out. What I think is gonna happen. Close down old plants that are high in maintenance. Move into a state art building. Which is totally green energy.

This is what they’re gonna do to all the old buildings laying around at Honeywell. So long, Minnesota, it was nice knowing you.

I guess the government will be cleaning up a whole bunch of super funded sites. Honeywell won’t be on the hook. I expect Minneapolis location to be townhomes.

CLW not represented because they are for sale. HW wants out badly to avoid lawsuits from decades of contamination.

Probably the normal annual ranking of employees before the Corporate review. Same time, each year.

Likely a reorg or RIF if it’s HR involved. It’s a bit early for 9 block finalization, although some of the preliminary work is being done.

It's always about the $$$. Probably handing out reduction targets to hit before December 15th.
