Someone here recently posted something about vaccine/booster mandates for all employees. Anyone heard if that is still something they're looking at implementing to further reduce headcount?

Act like the SLT and lean into intentional ignorance where all of this is concerned. Pretend everything is just fine. Ignore the morale and absenteeism problems. And then self medicate, keep your therapist on speed dial, and never look deeply into a mirror.

Unlikely. They're doing free flu shots at HQs but not covid boosters, so why would you think they'd be mandating them? Doesn't make sense.

As much as they tell leaders not to, they sure “borrowed the courage” to enforce this from the CDC directives. Unless those guidelines start getting wild again, you won’t see TMO taking any action.
The SLT never apologized or walked back their zeal for them, so you can't rule it out completely. Odds are almost non-existent, though, of them being stupid enough to go down that road again.
Most of the employees couldn't wait to take them anyway and to this day don't seem to care about being lied to, gaslit, treated like dirt and experimented on.

In the latest ad I heard from Moderna they put a line at the end of the commercial saying that their vaccines may not be for everyone.
