IT has been a garbage fire since it was infiltrated by unqualified and incompetent Husky staff! Truly mind boggling! Network issues, programs that constantly crash, constantly backing up networks and license server breaks that require inefficient and constant log-offs and shut downs. It’s a train wreck!

The biggest problem is the quality of the leadership team. You cannot have sales ppl, electronic techs, or a 12 grade diploma guy leading this critical service. Anybody properly qualified to be in IT were let go, so they can keep doing whatever they want without being challenged. Junior Accountant you failed once, please fix this mess!
Phone outages last week which should be red alarms for the junior accountant. he should wonder if such basic and safety critical systems are malfunctioning, than what else is being swept under the rugs by IT

Speaking with former colleagues, most of the operational teams are now using TCS as the service provider like it was back in the Husky days. ITAP was latest group to be added to the TCS portfolio a couple months ago. No more CGI’s or Compugen’s of the world within the next couple years is the rumour. Not even sure what is left that isn’t TCS at this point. Almost all major IT decision makers are former Husky people and seem to long for the good ol’ days.
Big N's attitude and disrespect of everyone more than offset his technical skills, knowledge and credentials. Major A$$!
S4 implementation will be a gong show, just see who is leading this project.
Seem like we are spending a lot of money on ERP systems, support, contractors and own IT employees. But using a lot of external help. Not much efficiency

Don’t take the annual policy commitments too serious as management does not walk the walk.

Only one guy to blame. The bully who doesn’t understand the importance of building strong relationships with the service providers - doesn’t understand what it takes to make them deliver quality work. Looks at it as a dial you can just turn up or down based on his needs. Doesn’t see them as PEOPLE. He can’t do math either, but in charge of strategy. Husky dumpster fire all the way.
The problem we have is “the blind leading the blind”, we had better leadership team before.
Unbelievable what happened... someone should be held accountable. Getting rid of Compugen and their experienced ITAP team... maybe not the brightest idea IT mgmt has had.

The overseas outsourcing is an absolute joke! I’ve submitted tickets and been contacted via teams at 2am and 3am for support (11 hr time difference). Well done IT management, well done.
