DEI has been ruled by courts to be illegal and discriminatory, first and foremost. So yes many companies are scaling it back or rebranding it as something else. However, from what I’ve seen the #1 qualification to get one of those jobs is to be a POC (preferably AA). Other than that, believe everyone else is racist or discriminating, while pushing for discriminatory practices against others that don’t look like you. #dontShootTheMessenger #facts #DEIisJustReverseRacism
