So the new CEO came out with his new messages and his main focus is to reduce the behaviors to 6. I recall when DA came on, he expanded and increased the list that DC created. The new list apparently added teamwork (was it "win together" in the original wording?). I think it's too late for that; and with their "transformation", all spirit of teamwork would be transformed into something else. Funny thing is that the same HR person would draft the new list and she was the one who drafted DA's old cr-p. These criminally minded parasites are so shameless that as long as they are allowed to stay on the wagon to su-k blood from the horse pulling it, they are perfectly fine with it. Sorry for the horse – do you know who the horse is?

They always take the softball questions in the QA session. I'm sure there were others submitted that were a lot more interesting.
More meaningless babble from the empty suits.
Lazy leadership. All I heard was nobody is responsible blame the team. Leaders with vision are not important or worth compensating. All work goes to India !!! Yay Teamwork
Honeywell still can’t abandon the behaviors and 9-block mandate. Perpetual poor leadership. Put me in charge for 6 months and I’ll exceed all productivity targets, in crease moral and eliminate horrible leaders. Easy. Shareholders would love it too.
Watched it with the sound down and did some actual work. What a waste of time those Town Halls are.
Just visited 3M's board, a lot of good information. https://www.thelayoff.com/t/1oIwOmZe
After reading many messages, now I can see the crystal ball for funnyhell - 3M is the way to go, question is when, not if. 3M announced its spinoff of healthcare business to "give out value" back in July 2022, when the stock price is 140's. Look at where they are now. I think funnyhell would run into the same problems and selling out the pieces would only expose themselves faster.
Enjoy the sh!tshow at front row seats!
