One of the "advantages" of our RTO initiative is that it has enabled me to connect with various business units and teams. However, I've noticed a significant amount of negativity being expressed by teams outside of my own when I'm in the break room. It appears that many are anticipating the possibility of receiving a displacement severance package.
Considering the prevailing negativity and frustration, it's reasonable to question how motivated these employees will be to put in extra effort. It seems likely that they will aim to do the minimum required, as there's little incentive for them to work harder when their ultimate desire is to leave with the displacement compensation.
We've inherited challenges from JPMC and Chase (Leadership), who seem oblivious to the situation. Perhaps CS's new advisor will illuminate him and provide a necessary course correction
