Disney would let us hire one of thier stars as head of our HR.
Mini Mouse would be the perfect fit, she would fill all and more of our diversity criteria. On top of that she could entertain with her dancing, and I am sure she would have more HR skills than the current encumbant and all her broomstick riding subordinates.
I am sure Mini would come on board for a few pound of cheese....MW might like that cost saving
Won't happen. RM is a token diversity placement, you see those in positions where they aren't supposed to do any damage to the company.
Wow. It shows you how far Chevron has fallen when we have those two terrible choices to head HR...

If this is not an absolute failure then what is failure and it is all because of her toxic and destructive ideologies that unfortunately the board only noticed too late once the destruction is done
No one expected something useless like HR to have such a massive impact on business performance
I still wanna retire there so EB please take over and save the company from this foolishness

The purpose of HR is to protect the company at all costs. They are not there to tell you about your benefits and how to best utilize them to your advantage. Those discussions are reserved for the HiPots and high PSG grades (26+). Complaining to HR is a non-starter. It will only attract attention to yourself as a problem. I stayed clear of the group my entire time with Chevron.

RM is the biggest accident of MW’s legacy. Horrible leader that can’t speak clearly, succinctly or intelligibly. Rattles easily with any question of substance as she has no depth to pull from in answering the questions. AW is one of the backfill candidates…….
HR is an unnecessary function. They should be laid off and those that remain should be capped at PSG19
