Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

October is a good month for layoffs

Brrrrr, brrrr, what's that sound?! Chainsaw Charlie running his Stihl chainsaw.

Lots of old wood gonna be cut in October. More staff reductions. I know you fantasize about him retiring but it's not gonna happen.

End of year layoffs have been a WF tradition since last century.

Every year Wells Fargo layoffs around the holidays. One year we had our annual Thanksgiving lunch the Wednesday prior to thanksgiving week. Lunch at noon and then everyone herded into the conference room for pink slips at noon. happy Holidays from Wells Fargo!!

Since 2008 financial crisis, I noticed that WFC preferred layoffs date was end of October. I was later informed that 2 months ‘transition’ or WARN will end with fiscal-YE and clean start of the New Year…with less HC.
For couple of years I felt like Clooney in Up in The Air.
