Praying for my lay off day! 30 year employee who can’t take much more of this $hit show!!
FRTO, right in its stupid Fing face.
Fooled around and found out with RTO
Total BS about getting laid off for performance issues. That would be an HR/PR nightmare and open the bank to lawsuits. You can get fired instead. Why would they pay severance for poor performance?
Any and all 'term criteria' they make up are nothing more than excuses. They want to fire us all, and incrementalism is the approach. If you work in the US and are not an exec, they will get rid of you. It's a matter of time.
The rumor is the first group to be cut are the return to office people who already got the verbal warning and the negative write-ups that have occurred for various reasons. If you have been missing your mandatory 3 days a week the verbal warning is sufficient enough to finalize the cut. The next group will be remote workers, if you have the remote code and are not near a main branch location for approved technical work you are also looking to be cut. If they do not get enough headcount from these two factors then the next phase will be those who are not meeting the requirements to go forward with the banks technical mission plan an example is the cybersecurity line of business where it's mandatory to go through cloud training strongly suggested to get cloud certifications etc. If you don't meet your line of Business technical requirements for this year then you can also be cut.
Have not heard anything in Chandler.
So the “I heard tech was affected” person was actually telling the truth after all??
Still waiting for my turn.
