Oh get over it. Org Update is Org Update. You're either being kicked out, kept in your current team, restructured, etc.

Ok, not cool. Setting up an “org update” meeting and then telling you you’re NOT laid off is messing with someone’s mind and emotions. Why did they want to meet with you then???
My meeting took place and I was notified that I am still with the company. So in my case the meeting was truly an org update. Positive thoughts to all impacted.
